SMALL REPAIR SERVICE

We have met with members of Hillcrest staff to try to set up a Small RepairsService for the Elderly and disabled tenants to have certain work done for them if they have no family members who can take care of them.It is still in discussioon stage but we will let you know the outcome of these discussions as soon as a decision is reached  The service is available to tenants 65 and over or tenants with disablities of any age.the service. The service is now up and running. An article is in the latest Hillcrest News and  If  you have used the service let us know your views on it.

ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

In May we attended a seminar with other tenants and Hillcrest staff to help review the Hillcrest Anti-Social Behaviour Policy. We would like to hear your opinions or experiences if you have experienced anti-social behaviour in your area and if you were satisfied with the way it was handled by Hillcrest staff. Think we all appreciate how difficult this problem is to resolve satisfactorily but it affects everyone according to the degree of the problem in your area. Let us know - contact details are above.
